Shipping policy

We offer complimentary standard shipping within Singapore on all orders with a minimum spend of $200. Standard shipping will be delivered within approximately 3-7 working days upon order confirmation. If you require your order urgently, you may consider opting for expedited delivery which will be delivered within approximately 2-4 working days, or same-day delivery which should be delivered within approximately 6 hours.

Kindly note that same-day delivery is only valid from 9am to 5pm on working days, and is subject to Grabexpress drivers' availability. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Same-day delivery on non-working days will be arranged as soon as possible on the next working day.

Standard and expedited delivery is fully insured, while same-day delivery is insured up to $500 in the unlikely event that the parcel goes missing.
