Is your gold jewellery certified?
Yes. Our gold jewellery is certified by the Singapore Assay Office (SAO) and bears the SAO Hallmark, providing assurance of its gold purity. Shop with confidence, whether you’re choosing a gift or a piece for yourself.
How long will my order take to arrive?
tandard delivery takes approximately 2–4 working days after order confirmation. For urgent purchases, you may select same-day delivery, available on working days from 9am to 5pm, subject to courier availability.
Deliveries are handled by third-party logistics couriers, so we are unable to arrange a specific delivery time. You will receive a notification before delivery.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery within Singapore costs $5, with complimentary standard delivery on orders of $200 or more. Same-day delivery costs $25.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Return and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email enquiry@arthesdam.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must remain in their original purchase condition, with all packaging and documentation included.
Can I find the online designs in your retail stores?
Most designs on our website are online exclusives, so not every piece is available in our retail stores. If you’d like to view a particular design in person, please contact us before visiting so we can check its in-store availability.
